Why Movement is essential for health

The human body is designed to move. As the saying goes if you don’t use it you lose it.

Simple daily movements whether that be walking, swimming, yoga any form of movement that motivates you and keeps you moving. The spine needs movement its a non negotiable. My yoga teacher always says rigid spine equals rigid mind, flexible spine flexible mind, I know I definitely dont want to be that elderly person with a view of the ground slowly closing in on life.

Chiropractic is definitely a way to support movement and flexibility in the body, keep the breath flowing and open and connected to the life force it will not only make you feel physically more confident as you age but it will do wonders for your mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
