Chiropractic spinal adjustment is a manual procedure that manipulates the joints of the body, particularly the spine, in order to reduce pain, and restore or enhance joint function. It is a highly controlled procedure, that our chiropractors are fully trained in. It is safe and can be adapted to the specific needs of the patient.
Adjustments don’t always involve or need a “crack” as there are various techniques we use that don’t involve “cracking” the joint, including drop piece, activator and gentle soft tissue techniques. If at any time there is discomfort or concern, our practitioners can implement alternative techniques.

It depends on your condition, how you are treated and your practitioner. For some people, it may take just one treatment and one follow-up appointment, whereas for others, it could take weeks of ongoing treatments working with your practitioner to get you to your best self. It is best to discuss with your practitioner exactly what is best for you or your family
