Chiropractic care isn't just a profession; it's a way of life. My journey into the Chiropractic world began at 6 months of age when my mum sought Chiropractic care for my abnormal commando crawling pattern. Two adjustments later and I was crawling correctly on all fours.

Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I continued to experience the wonderful benefits of regular Chiropractic care. It was during my high school years when I experienced physical and emotional health challenges that I discovered the true power of Chiropractic. With a blend of lifestyle changes and regular adjustments, my health greatly improved. That’s when I decided I wanted to share the incredible power of Chiropractic with others.

Having completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters of Chiropractic, my continued passion for health and lifelong learning has directed me to more advanced study including Neuro-Emotional technique and Applied Kinesiology. These techniques enable me to address the combined effects of Physical, Chemical, and Emotional stress with an holistic and whole person approach, facilitating the body's innate ability to function at its full potential.

Beyond the clinic, I love creating nourishing home-cooked meals, practicing regular meditation, weekly ice baths, yoga and Pilates. My goal is to inspire others to embrace a lifestyle that unlocks their fullest potential.
